Q. I made a purchase on your old site, how do I see my order history or shipment status?
A. We have all the order records and would be happy to look up any of your previous orders. Click here to send us an email with your name, shipping address, and email account (if you used a different one to make the purchase).
Q. I had an account before but my password isn't working on the new site.
A. While we did backup the sales history we did not transfer the accounts. You can create a new account using the same email or use a new email, it's up to you.
